Supercremalleras was formed in 2019 in Gernika-Lumo (Bizkaia), driven by guitar-heavy influences and the goal of creating catchy, somewhat “rebellious” songs. That same year, they released their first EP, Querer Sin Querer (2019), which led the band to perform their first series of concerts. Several years later, with two full-length albums under their belt—Aviones Con Vértigo (2020) and Arte Moderno y Amor Eterno (2023), respectively—the band released Avenida América in the recently concluded year 2025. On this third album, across 10 new tracks, they address distance and time, consolidating their position as one of the most prominent emerging bands on the guitar-driven music scene. It stands as a true statement of intent with a distinct, raw, guitar-centric sound and style, delivering a clear, direct, and deeply personal message.
