Nil Moliner
Nil Moliner has been a musician and songwriter for almost as long as he can remember. At just 15 years old, he began his solo career in the local Barcelona scene, making the national leap in 2017 with his first EP, Hijos de la Tierra, and his launch concerts, which sold out in a matter of hours. In 2020, he released his debut album, Bailando en la batalla, which reached number 2 on the official sales chart in Spain. The record includes hit singles such as “Soldadito de Hierro”—certified 5x Platinum, as well as 3x Platinum for its collaboration with Dani Fernández—which also had its own digital re-release featuring Álvaro de Luna, Yoly Saa, and Lennis Rodríguez. From this album, both “Soldadito de Hierro” and “Mi Religión” became his first Number 1 hits on the Los40 chart and were played across all major radio stations in the country. That same year, Los40 Music Awards honored him with the award for Best New Artist, establishing him as one of the key figures shaping the future of the national pop scene. The truth is that Nil Moliner has never stopped. His 2021 #GiraZero featured more than 60 shows across Spain, making it one of the tours with the most dates in the country and boasting multiple sold-out dates along the way. That same year, his second album, Un Secreto Al Que Gritar, was released, featuring collaborations with Danny Romero (on “Se Me Va”) and Ana Mena (on “Me Quedo”), as well as the anthem “Libertad”—certified 5x Platinum and one of the biggest current hits in Spanish pop—which also earned him his third number 1 on the Los40 chart. His most ambitious tour to date, the Nuestra Locura Tour, marked Nil Moliner’s rise to the country’s main arenas, with four landmark dates at the Palau Sant Jordi, the WiZink Center in Madrid, the Navarra Arena in Pamplona, and the Bilbao Arena Miribilla, alongside his expansion into the Americas with concerts in Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Peru, Mexico, and the United States.
